Yamhill County has one regular, full-time position for a Program Supervisor to work with a fast-paced crisis team, community mobile response team, and crisis stabilization staff. This person will assist with program evaluation and development, teaching professional techniques and skills, and will build and maintain multiple community partnerships. Duties include providing primary clinical and administrative supervision to diverse staff; leadership assistance to the Program Manager, which involves confidential contact with staff supervised; and developing and navigating relationships with local and state partners around program services and supports.
