The Family Support & Counseling Division is a core service division supporting all of Catholic Charities clients including people who are unhoused, in transitional and permanent supportive housing, refugees and newly arrived immigrants, survivors of domestic violence, and other vulnerable groups. This division includes the Intercultural outpatient mental health clinic, pregnancy & parenting services, adoption services, and the anti-human trafficking program.

The Director will lead the development of systems to ensure the division serves as the agency’s central counseling and case management program. Services include counseling, case management, education, trauma and legal services, housing and employment support, advocacy and adoption. The Director serves as a key thought leader in developing the agencies overall and comprehensive response to the needs of our most vulnerable clients.
